This listing is for a main sized set, which fits most caravan main beds, along with domestic double and queen beds, please note the photos are to show the design and layout however are on a bunk sized Mattress due to the timing of samples being received. However this is definitely for a main sized set listing 

Lorelai is a cousin to our beloved Poppy, featuring gorgeous florals in a variety of beautiful tones.

All of our bedding sets are 100% cotton and the duvet is filled with 300gsm allergen friendly fill which is stitched into channels to ensure the filling stays where it should.

We have mink or cotton lined options for the underside of the doona 

Machine washable and easy drying thanks to our filling choice, our main bedding promises to stay in place, with no slipping blankets, hard to tuck bulky sheets and bunched up inserts, making the bed has never been so easy!

Designed to be slept in unzipped, Coverage panels fold out when the bedding is unzipped for maximum coverage when you are in bed, even if you like to poke your feet out!

High quality ring pull Zippers are located on either head side of the bed go all the way to meet at the bottom end centre, for individual adjustment preferences and easy removal of the duvet for washing.

This main bed set measures at 195cm long x 155cm wide x 40cm deep sides of the fitted sheet, this is a very common universal size for caravan main beds, they also fit standard domestic double sized beds.

  • Please check measurements prior to purchasing, they are universally sized and fit a majority of double/caravan queen/domestic queen beds. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for mismeasurement due to high shipping costs, so please be sure when purchasing 
  • Colours/designs are represented as accurately as possible however we cannot guarantee that there wouldn’t be a difference between devices and the physical product

Refund

Returns, exchanges and refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return due to a fault with the received product. 

Please note: We do not accept returns if you have not done your due diligence in checking our product information and measurements.

Particularly the measurements for the bedding. If you place your order, we assume that you have ensured our bedding dimensions suitable for your bed.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, or exchanges for different colour choices. For hygiene reasons aswell as high shipping costs. You can be assured when shopping with us that every single product is new and unused.

 If your return is due to a fault or defect of the product before use, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

As mentioned previously, we are unable to provide exchanges or refunds based on mismeasurement or change of mind, which is why we mention on each listing to be sure of your measurements before proceeding with the purchase. We also cannot guarantee the colour or design received will precisely match the listing, while all due care is taken to represent the colours and designs as accurately as possible, there may be small differences in colour tones etc. we do not use filters and aim to capture each product in natural light, overhead light and in low light to give you the best possible representation of the colours 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges


If the product you receive has arrived damaged, or upon inspection is not up to standard, please reach out so we can remedy any issues and if appropriate, organise an exchange. We pride ourselves on the high quality of our products and want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. 

You will be offered the same or if out of stock an alternative bedding design to exchange for the faulty bedding. 


Refunds
After it has been arranged, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping

We aim to ship to you as soon as possible and always aim for the soonest possible. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped.

Unfortunately due to rising shipping costs, we have had to increase the free shipping cap, now free shipping is available for orders $300 or above.

Express post upgrades are available if you would like your order prioritised and have it shipped in the first round of post runs 

If for some reason there is a delay on our behalf from getting an item shipped to you, we will contact you and let you know. Please note, we do not have the ability to know how long it will take you to receive your order, however most orders are received within a week of dispatch. There is an estimate provided by Australia post on most orders. 

We currently post nationwide across Australia and also New Zealand (international orders are charged at the freight estimate calculated at the time of placing your order and it’s intended destination.

While all care is taken to ensure pre orders are able to be dispatched in the anticipated time frame, sometimes there are logistics delays, we ask you to wait the fully estimated time frame before reaching out about your pre order status, as we promise we will be working very hard behind the scenes to have your orders out asap 🙌🏻
